By placing an order with FundedBadge™ you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

All plaques are made to order and customised to your specifications. As each item is unique, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has begun.

3. Order Process

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Our design team will review your uploaded certificate and prepare a layout within 24 hours. Production takes 1–3 business days, followed by worldwide shipping.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are shown in USD and include all applicable taxes.

5. Shipping

Free tracked shipping is included with every order. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 3–10 business days after dispatch. We ship to 60+ countries worldwide.

6. Guarantee

We stand behind our quality. If your plaque arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with the craftsmanship, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

7. Intellectual Property

By uploading a certificate you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. FundedBadge™ will only use uploaded certificates to fulfil your order and will never share or distribute them.
