When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details). You also upload a certificate image used solely to produce your plaque.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to fulfil your order, communicate order status, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Certificate Uploads

Uploaded certificates are stored securely and used only for plaque production. Files are deleted from our servers 90 days after your order is fulfilled.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to manage your shopping cart session (WooCommerce) and measure site performance (anonymised analytics). No tracking cookies are used for advertising.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and a shipping provider to deliver your order. Both operate under their own privacy policies and GDPR compliance frameworks.
